One keynote is scheduled each day over a two-week period. Each session is delivered live and is interactive—the speaker is broadcast via Web cam, and remote participants are able to interact and ask questions of presenters via chat. Sessions are recorded and available for unlimited viewing 24/7 until Jan 1, 2011.

- Participate in a group from your district site and interact with the speaker.
- Use one or all of the programs to provide your leadership retreat or district-based program.
- Use the sessions to kick off discussions; facilitate and lead sessions at leadership meetings.
- Access the sessions as part of book study group on leadership development. Books are available upon request.
- Design follow-up discussion and professional dialog around the sessions.
Showcase – Stories from the Field
In these sessions, participating school districts will be asked to share exemplary practices. The sessions are hour-long smaller group workshops broadcast live over the Internet. They feature interactive panels and presentations by real school practitioners—you—on what works in your districts. The workshops provide opportunities to recognize exemplary practice, network, and share the kind of great work that is improving learning for students.
